was founded in 1988. This business began in the garage of our home and took over
the entire house. We eventually moved the business to it's present location and
reclaimed our home space. Our products are top shelf. We use the highest quality
ingredients that the industry has to offer in manufacturing our line. No one does
what we do better than us. Our business was built on customer satisfaction and

As you all know, this past year I have not been in the shop much. Believe me, I received your
words of discontentment with my absence! This past year, I have frequently traveled home
(Brooklyn, Illinois) to research and collect historical information necessary for my historic home
town and it's historical sites to receive designation on the National Registry of Historic Places. I
have enough volunteers assembled to carry on without my presence until after the Holiday Season
